Chris Wilkinson - Lawyer

Chris is a former solicitor and partner of the international law firm Simmons & Simmons LLP with over 30 years experience of corporate transactional work ranging from public and private mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, MBOs and private equity work through to restructurings, joint ventures, start ups and everything in between. In this role his former clients ranged from FTSE 100 and international equivalent  companies, financial institutions through to
smaller caps, private companies and management teams. Chris' corporate experience has been gained across a wide range of industries and has been based on a close working relationship with the client and a 'hands on' approach to the legal work leading the team negotiating and drafting the transaction and related documentation.
