John Capper - CEO

Chartered Accountant, business coach and financial consultant for the last 9 years. Since 2012, John has also run EGIAN, representative office of the mid-tier networks and associations of the international accounting profession on  European regulatory affairs. From 1993 until its sale for £75m in 2009, John was a key partner of Bentley Jennison where from 2001 he was
appointed a Group Board member and head of the private sector division of this top 15 accountancy
group in the UK, being the exclusive UK member firm for RSM International, the 7th largest
accountancy network in the world. John started with 15 years at KPMG where he qualified as a
chartered accountant and a chartered tax adviser and completed a number of different
secondments.
